By accessing or using QRKeep (accessible at qrkeep.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Permitted and Acceptable Use

QRKeep is provided free of charge as a client-side utility to encode alphanumeric data, URLs, contact cards, and Wi-Fi configuration parameters into 2D QR matrix images.

You agree not to use the service to generate QR codes that:

• Link to malicious software, malware distribution domains, or phishing scams.
• Direct users to fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership over the content and destination data you encode. QRKeep claims no intellectual property or copyright over generated SVG vectors or PNG raster images created through this tool. You are free to use generated codes for personal, non-profit, or commercial purposes worldwide with zero royalty obligations.

The QRKeep brand name, website design, UI layout, and application source code remain the exclusive property of the operator.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

QRKeep is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While the mathematical QR generation follows ISO/IEC 18004 standards, you are solely responsible for testing and scanning your generated codes prior to bulk physical printing, manufacturing, or distribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRKeep and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this service.
